Summary
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Hampton Inn Plantation. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your contributions will be vital in creating an enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and well-maintained at all times.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate guest services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with office software and data entry processes.
