We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong customer service skills, and be proficient in various office software applications.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirming appointments, and handling cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of patient or client information using computerized systems.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with veterinary office procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
