We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, assisting clients as needed .
- Schedule appointments and maintain the techs schedules.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to assist incoming clients in timely manner.
- Handle any additional clerical duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Front Desk Clerk is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in using computerized systems and answering incoming calls.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance are required for this role.
