The Mid-Atlantic’s finest resort Marina seeks individuals to maintain its reputation for outstanding customer service. Applicants would serve as a front desk receptionist aiding in answering phones, guest check-ins, and completing daily sales transactions. Individuals in this position often serve as the initial contact for arriving customers; displaying great manners and exceptional customer service is required. The ability to multi-task is essential given the dynamic nature of the work environment. A person seeking this position should be able work with Microsoft Office, do basic data entry, and be willing and able to work weekends, summer holidays, and evenings. Previous boating knowledge is helpful but not necessary. Our organization is an ever-growing and evolving company that has continued to expand year over year. Duties
· Answering customer phone calls
· Greeting and assisting anyone who walks through the door
· Checking and responding to emails
· Managing customer contracts
· Working with the point of sale and entering daily sales transactions
· Managing daily boatyard calendar and schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
