Rebellion Beachside Bar & Bistro is where bold flavors, beachside vibes, and rebellious hospitality meet. We’re a chef-driven concept with an adventurous spirit, offering a refined yet laid-back dining experience that celebrates craft cocktails, great wine, and thoughtful food. We’re open seven nights a week and always building momentum — now we’re looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our team into the next wave of success.
The Role
You’ll be the face of Rebellion Beachside, setting the tone for exceptional service and smooth operations. As Front of House Manager, you’ll lead the service staff, oversee nightly flow, handle guest relations, and work alongside ownership to grow the brand and elevate the experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations with energy and poise
- Hire, train, and mentor servers and hosts to deliver polished yet relaxed hospitality
- Uphold service standards while fostering a fun, focused team environment
- Manage floor plans, guest flow, and reservations for optimal efficiency
- Collaborate on promotions, events, and wine/cocktail programming
- Jump in wherever needed — we’re a small team with a hands-on approach
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience
- Natural leadership, solid communication, and a hospitality-first mindset
- Confidence managing a fast-paced, high-touch dining room
- Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling software, and light admin work
- Passion for food, beverage, and guest experience — bonus points if you love wine!
