Position: Front of House
Job Summary:
The position as a front person presents an exciting opportunity to learn and execute customer service skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills. Put your customer service experiences and knowledge to use while developing self supporting strategies for team motivation and detail oriented results. You will play an essential role in the success of the restaurant by providing exceptional communication to customers and providing a welcoming dining space.
Job Responsibilities:

- Receiving walk-in, telephonic, and online orders *
- Accepting and informing kitchen staff about food requests *
- Transporting food orders from kitchen to appropriate tables *
- Clearing and Cleaning tables once customers have completed their meals Communication with Front of House Manager of any issues and inventory items *
- Being efficient and timely in opening and closing duties *
- Can do basic math and understand basic POS systems Front of House Requirements: *
- Prior customer service preferred *
- Desire for continuous learning in customer service foundations *
- Can lift up to 40lbs and stand for long hours *
- Excellent verbal and communication skills *
- Commitment to the production of high- quality outputs and customer service skills *
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required *
- Ability to stay composed in stressful or uncomfortable circumstances *
- Willingness to perform additional duties as needed to facilitate the restaurant's operations *
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
