Front of House Team Member

Job Summary

Hello,

This is David, This location's front of house manager that will be responsible for interviewing and hiring new team staff members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Seat guests and be informative who'll be takign care of them.
• Take both food and bev orders. Recommended 18+ of age due to serving alcohol at this location preferred.
• Handle cash transactions. - Basically have basic arithmetic skills.
• Training will be team focused and learned how to be part of this team.
• Run orders out.
• Maintain cleanliness in all front-of-house areas, including dining rooms, restrooms, and entryways. Be able to do all side work as part of this job.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff tand communicate well. Being able to speak more languages is a bonus. -This is a very diverse staff group. We speak around five different languages here.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required and welcomed to try out their first job in this industry.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a positive guest experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with cash handling is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Having your own transportation is recommended due to time management and reliability to come to work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 38 per week
