Italian Village Pizza Trattoria is looking for highly motivated and experienced front counter staff and hosts who can work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest centric environment.
Job Summary
Front Counter Staff is responsible for taking orders by phone and in person for deliveries and take-out in a friendly and helpful manner and in accordance with IVP Trattoria standards. Front Counter Staff are expected to have friendly interactions with customers and to practice genuine hospitality when working with guests and other team members.
This staff member contributes to the success of Italian Village Pizza Trattoria by controlling the flow of Guests within the restaurant. The responsibility is to create a positive first and last professional image to our Guests and to support all team members.
Benefits:
Hourly PLUS TIPS. Starting pay is $10 per hour and average tips range from $4-12 per hour.
