Summary
Serves as a Front Office Assistant Manager in the Front Office Department of the Hale Koa Hotel.
This position will remain open until filled. First cut-off is January 16, 2025. Additional lists will be pulled at the request of the hiring manager.
2025 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.64%.
Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required upon appointment
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
- Satisfactory completion of employment verification (E-Verify) check
- One year probationary period may be required
- A physical examination may be required
- Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and various hours of the day and week when required.
Qualifications1. One year of specialized supervisory or managerial experience.
2. Must be adaptable to new assignments, and to changes in instructions, work methods, work situations and staff.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Point of sale (POS) and property management system (PMS) experience.

1. Three (3) years of working experience in hotel/hospitality customer service.
2. Experience with Payroll
3. Experience with OPERA point of sale system Education
