Job Summary:
As a Front Office Associate at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. You’ll be empowered with the training, tools, and resources to advance your career while making a real difference in the lives of those you serve. Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, first impression as their go-to point of contact- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensuing each guest has a positive experience
- Efficiently managing appointment confirmations and adjusting schedules to keep things running smoothly
- Coordinating financial agreements and ensuring clarity for guests
- Maintaining a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both the guests and team members
- Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the office and team
