Requirements
- Organized, detail-oriented, friendly and approachable, reliable, able to multi-task, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in a medical office.
Responsibilities
- Check in and check out patients,
- Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility,
- Collecting copays,
- Obtaining patients records and lab works as needed,
- Answering phones,
- Sending referrals,
- Scheduling appointments,
- Confirming appointments,
- Scanning documents in patients' charts
- Communicate with insurance to obtain proper authorization,
- Communicate with other staff members,
- Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
