We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring efficient front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Manage daily front desk operations, including mail distribution and appointment scheduling
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor needs and meeting arrangements
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and team members
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a receptionist or front office role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
