Remote Position (Must Be Houston-Based)

POSITION DETAILS
- Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Pay: $12/hr -$14/hr+ performance bonuses
- Working Interview: 1 day, paid at $8/hr 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
- Training: 3 days in-office (Houston), 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Monthly in-office staff meeting required
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Answer after-hours plumbing calls (only 3–10 calls/night)
- Schedule new plumbing leads
- Distribute non-plumbing calls as needed
- Communicate with the team via WhatsApp
- Represent our company with a friendly, calm phone presence
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Based in Houston, TX
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- 1+ year of scheduling experience
- Dependable and able to work independently during quiet shifts
- Own a desktop/laptop, smartphone, and have a quiet home workspace
