Flex Gymnastics in Osceola, WI is hiring! We’re looking for 1–2 positive, experienced coaches to join our competitive USAG Xcel team (Bronze–Sapphire). Our gym offers a supportive, growth-minded environment where athletes and coaches thrive together and we’re excited to welcome someone who shares our passion for gymnastics, teamwork, and making a difference in kids’ lives.
About the Position
As a Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) team coach, you'll primarily work with athletes in our Xcel program. Most of your hours will be spent coaching team, with the option to pick up recreational classes or events if you'd like additional hours.
Not familiar with Xcel? No problem - we’ll train you! If you have general gymnastics knowledge and coaching experience, we’ll help you get up to speed on the Xcel program.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of coaching and spotting experience and/or prior experience as a competitive gymnast
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Team player willing to help out in different areas of the gym
- Passion for working with children and helping athletes reach their goals
- Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings and some weekends
- Willingness to learn and grow with our program

Work Schedule
School Year (Sept–May):
- Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:15 PM
- 10–12 weekends of competitions (travel within region)
- Additional hours available for classes, camps, or events
Summer Schedule (June–August):
- Monday–Thursday with longer daytime hours
- Enjoy Friday–Sunday off
- Flexible schedule options available
