Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the hiring and development of the Next Level organization's fulfillment team
- Lead implantation of Camelot 3PL software integration
- Actively train and mentor Fulfillment Lead to ultimately become the Fulfillment Supervisor
- Organize training programs for fulfillment operators to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills
- Define and implement daily standards / procedures for ensuring optimal fulfillment efficiency
- Manage all shipping logistics from small parcel to LTL shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory with regularly reporting to the sales team
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to assure increasing efficiency in meeting fulfillment goals and guarantees
- Manage and maintain retail and wholesale order system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop accurate inventory forecasting for upcoming promotions, sales efforts and new customer onboarding
- Lead onboarding efforts for new inventory control software and serve as software Subject Matter Expert
- Develop relationships with freight carriers and brokers to assure highest levels of customer service and best available costs for retail and wholesale shipments
- Prepare and manage annual budgets to achieve set objectives and goals
- Represent the best and highest of the company's cultural values
- Represents the company in a positive manner at all times.
- All other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Administration degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience with eCommerce platforms and order management systems (Shopify, ShipStation, ShipHero, Quickbooks, CRM, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills / attention to detail
- Solid communication skills - written and verbal - to engage with multiple internal teams
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop/Illustrator and Outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills, face-to-face, phone and written correspondence, including online functions
