Overview
Hospitals Without Walls (HWW) is hiring a Full-Time Home Health Administrator with proven marketing and business development experience to scale Medicare patient census across California. The ideal candidate has experience in compliance and healthcare growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Direct home health operations and licensing compliance
- Build and manage referral pipelines (hospitals, SNFs, planners)
- Grow patient census through outreach and partnerships
- Lead audits, training, and QA/QI programs
- Oversee admin and field coordination
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in home health administration
- Deep knowledge of CDPH, CMS, Medicare regulations
- Business development or marketing success in healthcare
- Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills
