We are hiring back-up nannies to provide in-home childcare for families in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and the Eastside. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
What You’ll Do:
- Care for children in their homes (no driving children required)
- Support families with children from infants to school age, with the highest demand for infants and toddlers
- Keep children safe, engaged, and learning through age-appropriate play and activities
- Light household clean-up related to your care (meals, activities)
Pay & Benefits:
- $20–$25 per hour

About You:
- At least 18 years old
- Experience working with children (paid or unpaid)
- Infant care experience required
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Available Monday–Friday for 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
- Flexible and willing to travel to families’ homes across the Seattle and Eastside area
Working Conditions:
- Active, child-centered work environment
- Outdoor playtime as weather permits
- Regular lifting, bending, squatting, and reaching
- Must safely lift 35 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, and get up/down from the floor frequently
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly to emergent situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
