Summary
We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at the Country Club of Leawood. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our members dining experience with a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service in our casual and fun dining environment. Your contribution to our Food & beverage team will enhance our members' experiences during events and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using Jonas and staying organized to enhance the member club experience.
- Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during operating hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to stay organized with a positive attitude and work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus.
