Job Summary:
The Georgia Department of Labor is seeking a skilled Kofax Imaging Developer with over 8 years of experience in system analysis, design, and development of Document Management Systems, Record Management, and Enterprise Content Management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of imaging and workflow solutions while ensuring high-quality, efficient capture solutions across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and develop document management and workflow solutions utilizing Kofax Capture, IBM Content Management, and OpenText/RightFax systems.
- Create enterprise-scale capture solutions to automate information-intensive processes.
- Design and implement imaging, workflow, client/server, and web-based applications using .Net and Java technologies.
- Develop custom workflows and export connectors using C#.Net, Java, and content management APIs.
- Ensure effective utilization of OCR/ICR and Barcode technologies for image processing and machine learning classification.
- Conduct data migration and maintain complex system integrations.
- Document functional designs and ensure systems meet security and compliance expectations.
- Install, configure, and maintain production scanners and applications.
Required Skills/Certifications:
- Kofax Capture 11 certification.
- Kofax Transformation Modules 6.x and Kofax Total Agility certification.
- CIP (Certified Information Professional) - MUST UPLOAD CERTIFICATION.
- Strong programming skills in VB.Net, C#.Net, MVC, ASP.Net, .Net Core, WinForms, WCF, WPF, and backend RDBMS databases, including MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, including VB Script, Java Script, SBL, and Win Wrap Basic.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and development of document management systems.
- Proven experience with Kofax solutions and enterprise content management systems.
- Understanding of end-to-end application delivery in a multi-platform environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
