Overview:
Supports new business processes and marketing deliverables for assigned area of Global Capital Markets (GCM).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Client Development Officers (CDOs) in new business processing, Including contact management, workflow reviews and new business folder remediation related to GCM clients.
- Provide marketing support and coordinate with the Marketing team for all conferences, tradeshows, events and marketing collateral requests.
- Provide administrative support to CDOs and Unit manager, including travel and entertainment (T&E) processing, system input, travel itineraries and ad-hoc requests.
- Attend conferences and events supporting the CDO and administrative teams as needed.
- Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree,
OR in lieu of a degree,
A combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience
Proficient in the use of personal computers and pertinent software packages
Education and Experience Preferred:
Ability to learn and prioritize workloads
Business or financial services experience
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $40.49 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
