Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities by conducting regular inspections and addressing any maintenance needs.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with custodial duties, ensuring all restrooms, break rooms, and common areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential painting or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work is advantageous.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean environment consistently is essential.
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
