The Opportunity:
Capitol Advisors on Technology is seeking a General Clerk I to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a full-time position.
What will do you?
The General Clerk I will perform the job duties listed below;
- Scanning Inbound Mail and Documentation,
- Uploading and Routing Images to correct POC in Proper Workflow.
- Handling inbound/outbound mail.
- The general clerk will perform clerical work, such as coding and filing documents in an extensive alphabetical file; could involve simple posting to individual accounts in a database system, opening mail, operating basic office equipment, e.g., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, mailing machines, and minimal computer programs.
- Answer phones, relaying calls, as necessary.
- Provides professional and timely customer service to a broad range of customers.
- Other Duties as assigned.

- Previous experience working in an office setting

- Generally accepted accounting principles
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
