Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our amazing team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various projects from commercial & residential construction to public works. Projects can range from small remodels to new construction. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. We are a small and close knit team. You must be a team player!
Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, etc.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Work with sub-contractors to ensure completion of the project.
- Act and present yourself professionally to clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field required. Must have experience with framing, paint, drywall, etc.
- Tile or texture experience work is a plus.
- Ability to read building plans.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
