Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operational needs of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. The Laborer will work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and supplies.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction or industrial environments is a plus.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor setting is beneficial.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
