This position involves a wide range of general maintenance and cleaning tasks to help keep the property clean, organized, and in good condition. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning interior spaces, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom upkeep
- Organizing shop areas and materials as directed
- Yard maintenance such as mowing, leaf blowing, and basic landscaping
- Painting and general work
- Pressure washing exterior surfaces (e.g., concrete, siding)
- Cleaning outside windows and air conditioning units
- Performing routine upkeep and minor repairs as needed
- Assisting with any tasks necessary to maintain or improve the property
- cleaning counters, sinks, offices, organizing desks, and more
Applicants should be reliable, flexible, and willing to take on whatever needs to be done for the property.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.50 per hour
