The Role
This is an entry-level opportunity to work on one of our sealing crews. With decades of experience, you’ll be part of a well-oiled machine that knows how to work hard and efficiently. Here’s what you can expect in this role:
· Operate with safety as your top concern
· Work outside, performing a variety of tasks involving hand tools and strenuous manual labor
· Receive on the job training and guidance from your team
· Support the team as needed with loading/unloading equipment, site preparation, applying sealer, and clean up
· Everyone is responsible for quality
Qualifications:
· Experience – the role can be adjusted if you are entry-level or have years of related work experience
· Whatever it takes attitude – there’s no ego on the job site
· Professionalism – every day you show up on time and care about the impression we give our customers
· Self-driven with a great work ethic – you work smart and hard, with minimal supervision
· Able to lift and/or move up to 60lbs daily

Pay: $19.00 per hour
