Title: Machine Operator Entry Level/Entry Level Operator/Production Operator/Manufacturing Operator (Multiple Openings)

Shift details below:
Day and night shifts available (12-hour shifts, compressed schedule)
Job Type: Temp Pay Rate: $20hr. + a $2 dollar per hour shift differential for the night shifts
Shift options:
- A shift: Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday - 5:45 am to 6pm
- B shift: Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday - 5:45 pm to 6am
- C shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday - 5:45 am to 6pm
Duties and responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production Including but not limited to, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment.
- Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety measures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $22.00 per hour
