Production & Packaging Operator – Coffee Manufacturing | PureShrooms

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Packaging Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating automated equipment, following strict food safety standards, and ensuring quality and consistency across all packaged goods. We offer flexible hours and can accommodate part-time schedules.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor coffee packaging equipment such as grinders, fillers, sealers, and labelers.
- Follow safety and cleanliness procedures during production.
- Check the weight, seal, and label of each package to ensure everything looks and functions correctly.
- Record daily production numbers, batch information, and ingredient traceability, used to help track inventory and batches.
- Keep machines and workstations clean throughout the day.
- Help stage materials and pack boxes as needed.
- Let your supervisor know right away if there’s an issue with equipment or product quality.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience in food production or packaging is preferred.
- Comfortable using or learning to use automated machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Team-oriented with a focus on consistency, cleanliness, and productivity.
