A High Volume, upscale casual restuarant is looking for a General Manager to lead their team.
NON-NEGOTIABLES
- 4–6 years of GM experience in polished casual or upscale dining concepts
- Proven track record of building and retaining strong teams through mentorship and clear expectations
- A hands-on leadership style—comfortable jumping into service when needed, leading pre-shifts, and managing the floor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead a high-performing front- and back-of-house team through daily coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing development
- Maintain and evolve a positive workplace culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and accountability
- Manage all restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, guest relations, financial reporting, and compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
