As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Supervise daily activities to maintain operational efficiency and high-quality service.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to drive profitability.
- Coordinate catering services and special events to enhance customer engagement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure adequate stock for kitchen operations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry.
