The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with proven skills in food service management, and kitchen operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Supervise daily activities to maintain operational efficiency and high-quality service.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to drive profitability.
- Coordinate catering services and special events to enhance customer engagement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure adequate stock for kitchen operations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and vendors.
