We are looking for a Supervisor candidate with retail experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while upholding our customer service standards.

**Responsibilities:**

• Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
• Assist in managing employees, including training, scheduling, and shift management
• Implement processes to increase efficiency
• Strive to meet sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and sending nightly recaps
• Assist with social media content creation
