Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage food service management processes, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and menu planning.
- Lead, train, and develop staff to foster a high-performance team environment.
- Supervise daily activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate catering services and banquet events to meet client expectations.
- Implement training development programs to enhance employee skills and service quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen management or food service management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in catering services or banquet management is preferred.
