Modern Market - General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our General Managers are passionate leaders, on-their-feet thinkers, and inspirational motivators, sound like you?
- Leads hiring efforts in the restaurant
- Assist with inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurant
- Lead the orientation/on-boarding process for new team members
- Leads in developing/writing the restaurant schedule
What you’ll have:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant general manager experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards
