Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales and increase market share
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training development programs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
