Revolution Soccer Complex is a new state-of-the-art soccer venue that offers 5v5 and 7v7 leagues, field rentals, tournaments, corporate events, birthdays, and more. We are REVOLUTIONIZING the game by bringing together the latest technology to the field and providing a clean, fun and safe environment for players and their families. Headquartered in Houston, TX, Revolution Soccer Complex leverages decades of soccer experience from its leadership team. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the complex. General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a keen interest in soccer, be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. We are looking for experienced managers who are looking to develop with the company into new roles as we further expand with more locations this year and in the years to come. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role (minimum 3 years)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Sales and Marketing Experience (Minimum 2 Years)
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is preferred but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
