Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management, catering, and supervising staff in both casual and fine dining environments. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and implement catering services that align with customer needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee development.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability while enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate banquet services for special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food management practices, including inventory control and catering operations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with coffee production processes is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
