Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations (service, kitchen, bar, bakery)
- Lead hiring, training, and scheduling of staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and service
- Manage inventory, costs, and financial targets
- Ensure compliance with local/state regulations
- Foster a strong, positive workplace culture
- Collaborate on marketing efforts, events, and customer engagement

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in hospitality
- Fluent in English
- Strong preference for candidates who speak Spanish at an intermediate to advanced level (around 70% fluency)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, cost control, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for food, service, and customer experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
