Job Summary:
Pin HQ is looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced General Manager to oversee all daily operations of our specialty retail store. This person will be responsible for managing both front-of-house customer service and backend logistics, leading the team, monitoring performance, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all store operations: front-of-house, inventory, logistics, and staffing
- Lead, train, and schedule store staff; conduct performance reviews
- Ensure a top-tier customer experience and resolve customer issues professionally
- Track and manage inventory, including ordering and restocking
- Monitor and manage financials: cash handling, daily sales tracking, and reporting
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
- Support store promotions, events, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Communicate regularly with ownership regarding performance and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a retail, operations, or general management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse processes
- Interest in collectibles, pins, or pop culture merchandise
