Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and staff management.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Develop training programs to enhance staff skills in food management and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role is essential.
