Job Title: General Manager
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Position Summary
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and daily operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, service-oriented, and thrives in a people-first environment. You’ll play a central role in upholding our reputation, supporting our team, and ensuring a consistently excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Monitor labor, inventory, and other controllable costs to meet financial goals
- Utilize understanding of financial statements to drive operations
- Work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership to maintain consistency and quality
- Handle scheduling, training, hiring, and team development
- Serve as the face of the restaurant—on the floor and in the community

- Solid understanding of classic American cuisine and a passion for hospitality
- Proficiency with POS, accounting, inventory, and scheduling systems
- Organized, reliable, and communicative
- A genuine interest in building long-term relationships with staff and guests
- Commitment to professionalism, consistency, and accountability
- Willingness to work an average of 50-60 hours per week
