Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the GM in daily store operations
- Lead and motivate team members
- Ensure high-quality food and service
- Assist in inventory, scheduling, and training
- Step into the GM role as needed
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store performance
- Drive sales and profitability goals
- Recruit, train, and develop top talent
- Manage inventory, labor, and food costs
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- (For GM) 1+ year of General Manager experience preferred
