Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a General Merchandise (GM) Department Manager to join our team!
As the General Merchandise Department Manager, you will:
- provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest - whether they visit our store or call us for a special order or with questions
- build exciting merchandising displays that help us sell more products to our guests and reach our gross profit goals
- evaluate product for quality and freshness to ensure that the product we have available to our guests is only the highest quality
- order product and ensure proper inventory levels
- assist team members with their job duties to include preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard and taking out the trash.
The General Merchandise Department Manager position in our store is a fun and rewarding position that comes with a great deal of responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring our guests have a remarkable shopping experience and that our team members feel valued, and that our store maintains successful profitability.
