ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform quality control inspections after each step in the manufacturing process. Records unusable finished goods due to operator/manufacturing error on scrap log.
May operate forklift truck or uses hand truck to move, convey, or hoist equipment from assigned locations to storage or work area.
Notifies supervisor of scrap, reject, or questionable product to assure proper documentation/recording.
Knows how to use measuring tape.
Knows about hand tools (hammer, level, screwdrivers, etc.)
Knows about power tools (circular saw, drill, table saw, etc.)
Good understanding of basic math (additions, subtraction, fractions, decimals, etc.)
Ability to lift 20-75 lbs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School or technical school graduate; minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
