Golf Cart Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cart Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that carts are readily available and in excellent condition. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage the organization and distribution of carts throughout the facility.
• Assist with events management, ensuring that all necessary equipment is set up and available for guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when necessary.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of cart areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest services and experiences.
• Provide support during special events, including public speaking engagements if required.
• Engage with children and families, utilizing experience with children to create a positive atmosphere.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
• Familiarity with events management and conflict resolution techniques is a plus.
• Experience in food service or hospitality settings will be beneficial.
• Lifeguard experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities, are essential.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $24.28 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
