- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to withstand climate changes through the seasons of North Carolina
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Implement a training program to maintain staff as well as adequately train new staff
- Assist with hiring and training staff, assist in budget planning and scheduling staff
- Assist golfers prior to their rounds with loading bags, cleaning clubs, preparing members and guests for proper play at the facility.
- Assist golfers following their round by driving them to their cars, cleaning their clubs and detailing their cart
- Assist and Coordinate with professional staff to ensure a premier member and guest experience during daily operations.
- Ensure proper rotation of duties throughout the day and shifts between all outside service staff.
Benefits:
- Set weekly schedule of 40 hours
- Mornings needed Monday-Friday
