Westmoreland Country Club is seeking the next generation of Turfgrass professionals.
Established in 1904 with current Dick Wilson layout built in 1954.
Westmoreland is currently in the planning process of the installation of new pump house & irrigation system & future fairway re-contouring & bunker renovation.
We have also implemented an aggressive tree removal program to restore the course to its original architecture & improve playability.
As a Spray Technician you will be exposed to all aspects of golf course chemical & fertility. The ideal candidate will have prior golf course/chemical applications experience from ride on sprayers to pump sprayer & possess or able to obtain a PA category 07 pesticide license within 3 months of employment.
In addition to chemical applications you will also be exposed to all aspects of golf course maintenance & planning of daily operations. You will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent & Irrigation Technician to hone your skills & prepare you for your next step in the Turfgrass Industry.
