Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced excavator operator with GPS machine control skills for pond excavation, grading, and truck loading. The ideal candidate will have strong equipment handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in various site conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator with GPS control for precision digging and grading
- Excavate and shape ponds to specified dimensions
- Load trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all site safety rules and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating excavators (with GPS)
- Knowledge of earthmoving, grading, and drainage work
- Ability to read and follow site plans
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
