General Summary:
Campbell Marketing & Communications is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team to support the growing portfolio of design needs of our clients.
Under the supervision of the Creative Director, the designer will assist the creative team in executing compelling visual content across print and digital mediums. This role requires a strong passion for graphic design, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to maintain visual consistency across various media.
The applicant should have 1-3 years of professional experience with strong design skills, be self-motivated, and be able to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Design Projects: Play an active role in supporting the creative team by contributing to design projects, from concept to final execution. Translate concepts into clear, engaging designs that align with brand guidelines. Prepare production-ready files for print and digital formats.
- Project Focus: Client projects vary but include designing digital images, marketing materials, presentation decks, social media content, and print materials.
- Collaboration: Thrive in a fast paced but collaborative environment, working with other team members, including senior designers and account leads.
- Design Software: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required. Powerpoint, Canva & 3DAnimation experience is a plus.
- Research and Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices, contributing to the team's knowledge of current visual styles.
- Attention to Detail: Have a keen eye for detail and adhere to client brand standards.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and all other company policies, procedures, and processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Associates or Bachelor?s Degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong communications skills both written and oral
- Digital design (Adobe Suite)
- MS Office

Additional Information:
- The company is currently working on a hybrid basis; 4 days in the office (Dearborn, MI) will be required.
- A valid Driver?s License and clear driving record are required.
- The salary range starts at $43,680.00 - negotiable based on experience.
