Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reset Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the presentation of products in retail environments. This position involves working closely with store management and team members to ensure that merchandise is displayed according to Publix standards, contributing to an optimal shopping experience for customers.
5 am start time Monday-Wednesday
Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean background and driving record.
Duties
- Execute store resets by rearranging product and ensuring compliance with planograms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring a safe environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with store staff to identify areas for improvement in product placement and merchandising strategies.
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with merchandising standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain high merchandising standards.
