Full Time : Monday - Friday 40 Hours a week (Some Weekends as needed)
6am - 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $ 15.00/ hr
Location: Haltom City, TX
Requirements:
You must be 18 years old.
A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background/fingerprint check are required and must pass.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Job Duties:
Operates a variety of hand tools in the performance of duties such as a ladder, shovel, rake and hoe to perform tasks that include removing weeds, dead trees and brush, and cleaning up job sites etc.
Checks playgrounds, levels mulch, and reports deficient to lead.
Operates power equipment such as gasoline powered lawn mower, string trimmer, electric trimmer, hedge trimmer and riding mower to maintain the district's grassy areas
Plants trees, shrubs, grass and flowering plants to enhance the district's buildings and grounds
Perform hallway clean up on rainy days at assigned schools.
Sets up tables and chairs for sporting events, school meetings and rental activities
Performs other tasks as required
